Hi! I'm Mandy. I'm so glad you're here! 

My most prized possessions are my photos. They hold memories that inevitably fade with time. They help me remember life's most special moments, like the excitement before marrying my best friend and the joy after, the slobbery "kiss" of a hungry newborn on my face, big brother snuggling his new baby sister for the first time, or a late grandfather holding his great-grandson.

What drew me to learning photography was my desire to have all of the special moments captured beautifully and artfully and to really capture the feeling of the moment. I wanted to capture my children the way I saw them through my eyes. And, I wanted to hang them on my walls so I can be reminded of the special moments every day. My camera phones never did it justice.

Sharing it with others is what inspired me to create MCK Captures.
